Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-In - 1400 Hours

Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservations need to be made by the night before the scheduled arrival.

Check-Out - 1200 Hours

Late check-out is available on request and subject to availability.

A recent government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to carry the required documentation.

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at time of reservation by Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Child Policy

  • Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
  • If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

    Meal policy:

    • Meals for children up to 6 years are complimentary.
    • For children between 6-12 years, a meal is at 50% of the parent’s meal, and for children above 12 years, meal is at full charge.

Smoking Policy

Clarkes Hotel operates a no smoking policy in its rooms, suites, dining areas, lobby and reception area. Guests are permitted to smoke only in the dedicated smoking area on the terrace.

Cancellation Policy

1st October – 22nd December
3rd January – 5th April		 Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 7 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay.
23rd December – 2nd January Guaranteed reservation may be cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival. Reservations, cancelled within 15 days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fees equivalent to accommodation charge of entire length of stay.
